Read MoreLast Thursday, I met up with Bay Area food photographer, Jeremy Chung, for a food tasting at the exquisite Alexander’s Steakhouse located in Cupertino. With the attentive and friendly staff serving us top-notch entrees throughout our meal, this lunch was definitely memorable and served as the perfect time for us foodies to catch up with each other’s lives before my big move to Southern California. The luxurious ambiance, the beautiful presentation of their entrees, and the excellent customer service - everything was on point from start to finish at Alexander’s Steakhouse and I couldn’t have asked for a better first experience.
Read MoreIsn't it funny how trends that were once out of style, unexpectedly come back into style when you least expect it? Overalls, chokers, one-piece swimsuits...I never predicted that these specific pieces would ever make it back to retail stores, but they have! In today's blog post, I wanted to share with you guys one returning trend that I am absolutely OBSESSED with: one-piece swimsuits. I love how one-piece swimsuits received an entire makeover from the old days, ranging from the incorporation of sexy cut-outs to catchy bohemian prints. Since I'm originally from a conservative neighborhood, I'm not the type of girl who prefers to bare too much skin in public. With today's renovated one-piece swimsuits, I am happy that I can feel both comfortable and fashionable showing just the right amount of skin when chilling by the poolside or at the beach.

When you've developed fun relationships with your teammates and have gotten used to the familiar way of how practices run, you begin to feel comfortable. Maybe a bit too comfortable to leave. I never pictured when or how I would say goodbye to my team when the time came, but with the unpredictable flow of life, all great things come to an end eventually. Along with the many veterans who have left the team, I am now another one to do the very same. Since a lot of you have asked me about what it's like to be on a competitive hip hop dance team, I've compiled a few fun facts or lessons that I've learned from my personal experience of being on a dance team for three years.
Read MoreI've always liked the denim on denim trend - there's just something so casually chic and appealing about the entire look. Also, it's pretty rare to find me sporting jeans (gasp!) since some of you already know that I'm a huge collector of dresses and rompers. In all honesty, I'm pretty picky when it comes to picking out my jeans and I always make sure that I absolutely fall in love with the fit of my denim before I buy them. With YMI Jeans, I am confident that the quality, stretch, and look of their denim is everything that I've ever wanted in a pair of jeans.

Anchor Hitch in Mission Viejo, the one and only restaurant that has truly stolen my heart (and stomach), has me head over heels for their elegantly prepared and Instagram-worthy entrees. Going above and beyond my expectations regarding both the excellent presentation and quality of their dishes, my first time at Anchor Hitch was nothing short of a memorable and positive experience. Honestly, I had such a great time dining here that I wanted to share my all-time favorite restaurant with you guys by dedicating a blog post towards the best seafood lunch that I've ever had imaginable. Once I make my big move to Southern California, I already know for sure that I will be returning to Anchor Hitch - there's no doubt about it.
