Healthy Eats: Three Types of Homemade Smoothie Recipes

MilkAndEggsSmoothies-1.jpg

Today, I have partnered up with Milk & Eggs once again to introduce to you guys THREE TYPES OF HOMEMADE SMOOTHIE RECIPES that I've been drinking both at home and on-the-go for the last several years. As a quick reintroduction, Milk & Eggs is an efficient grocery delivery service that drops off groceries to your doorstep in the Los Angeles and Orange County area. Every month, my family and I love ordering one or two huge orders of Milk & Eggs filled with various meats, seafood, vegetables, fruits, and more so that we are kept happy and full for that respective month. As a default, we always order Milk & Eggs' fresh fruits because we can eat them on-the-go or blend them into a delicious, thirst-quenching smoothie. In this blog post, I want to showcase three smoothies that my family and I enjoy drinking on a typical sunny day in Southern California. Also, don't stop reading here because I've included a fun little MILK & EGGS GIVEAWAY at the end of this blog post ;)
